About Coupons & Redeeming Coupons Coupon codes can sometimes be found in bridal magazines or online. Only one coupon may be applied to an order. Our Yahoo! Shopping System does not allow coupons to be redeemed after they expire.

How Do I Order? Just click the "Add to Cart" button beneath the product you wish to purchase; it will be added to your shopping cart. If you want more than one, simply change the quantity and click "Update Quantities". For personalized or engraved items, each item with different engraving must be ordered separately (i.e., order 1 mug with "Jason", then order 1 mug with "Lisa", etc.). Select "Keep Shopping" to be returned to the page you were on. You may view your purchases at any time by selecting the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of each page.

When you have finished shopping, select "Check Out" from the shopping basket page. You will then be given the opportunity to review your order and make any last-minute changes. Choose "Continue With Order" and your order will be shown with shipping and tax (if applicable). After you complete your name, address, method of payment, etc., just select "Place Order". You're done! We will promptly confirm your order via e-mail. This online ordering system is completely secure. For more information, see "Order Processing" below.

If you are redeeming a coupon, the coupon amount will not show as a deduction on your order until the final Order Confirmation page.

Order Processing Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service possible. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We then review and enter your order (less applicable discounts), confirm your credit card, and send you another e-mail indicating that the order has been processed. If we have any questions we will notify you and await a reply before entering your order or charging your credit card. Our goal is to have all orders processed no more than 24 hours after receiving them, but most often they are entered within hours.

Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. To pay by check or money order, you can e-mail, write, or call us with your order. You need to give us your name, shipping address, wedding date, payment information, and e-mail address. Make checks or money orders payable to "Forever & Always Inc" and mail to our corporate address: 1014 Rabbit Ear Pass Victor, NY 14564. ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY IF USING THIS METHOD. Will I be charged Sales Tax? We are required to collect sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York.

When Will I Receive My Order? Most orders are completed and shipped within 24 hours if items are in stock; however we cannot control to supply of our vendors, and some order can take up to 2 - 3 weeks. ALWAYS allow an extra 2 - 3 days if ordering personalized items. We try to ship orders complete to minimize shipping costs, so we will hold your entire order until all items, such as those including personalization, are complete. You will receive a shipping update via e-mail after you place your order.

When Do You Charge My Credit Card? Online Wedding Store will charge your credit card prior to your order being shipped. If an item is backordered, your card will NOT be charged for that item until it is ready to be shipped to you. We WILL charge your card in advance for personalized items, even though they will not be shipped immediately.

Is My Credit Card and Personal Information Safe? Online Wedding Store uses Yahoo! Stores' shopping cart system, which uses Secure Socket Layer encryption. Your credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form across the internet, then decoded when it gets to us. Online credit card use has proven to actually be no more of a risk than traditional use. If there is ever a problem, you will not be held liable for any charges.

Online Wedding Store promises to keep all personal information confidential and will never share your information in any way.

Shipping Information Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground Service; at times we use the USPS at our discretion. We cannot accept P.O. Boxes for a shipping address unless you are ordering an aisle runner, or your address is military (APO, FPO, etc.). The shipping method we use is based on each item's warehouse location. Delivery generally takes 7 business days. We also offer upgraded shipping. If your order is shipping to AK, HI, PR, VI, or Guam, we will ship your order via Priority Mail and charge you according to the USPS rates unless you e-mail us or make a note in the comments section of the order form that you prefer UPS (only upgraded shipping is available to these areas).

Shipping Rates
Our standard ground shipping rates are below. These rates apply to the continental United States only. Please note that we do NOT impose any handling charges on any size order.

Our standard GROUND shipping rates are:
  • $7.50 for orders $0 to $50
  • $8.25 for orders $50.01 to $100.00
  • $9.25 for orders $100.01 to $150.00
  • $FREE for orders $150.01 and up

    Upgraded Shipping
    We do our best to ship within 24 - 48 hours, but remember that shipping time is IN ADDITION TO production and packing time; choosing an upgrade does NOT guarantee your order will ship the same or next day. Upgraded shipping charges that appear on your order are estimates; we will adjust the shipping charge, after your package is weighed. When completing the "Wedding Date" on your order, please do not fill in an earlier date than is necessary. We will ship quickly regardless of the date you state; we simply need the date to know how to ship your order in the event something is not in stock, etc. This prevents unnecessary upgrades, resulting in lower shipping costs not only for us but also our valued customers.

    Can shipping charges be refunded?
    If we make a mistake, or your item is damaged, we will be happy to refund your shipping charges. We do not refund shipping in any other situation, including product returns.

    Global Shipments
    GLOBAL Shipments (including Canada) are shipped via the US Postal Service whenever possible. We can ship your package to almost anywhere worldwide! All prices on our website are in US Funds. For an estimated cost of a global shipment, please place your order online and choose "UPS GROUND" for the shipping method and enter OTHER for the State. We will contact you directly with the Global shipping charges BEFORE processing your order. You can also email us at custsvc@onlineweddingstore.com to inquire about an estimated cost (please include the items and quantities you are interested in purchasing as well as exactly where they are shipping to).

    GLOBAL shipments may also incur duty taxes, customs fees and even brokerage fees. These fees are assessed at the time of delivery to you by your country's Customs Department. We are NOT associated with these fees in any way and are not privy to the pricing structure used to mandate them.

    Returns and Cancellations Returns/Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please utilize our 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy. Personalized, customized, and engraved products as well as edible products and sample products are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Video tapes must be returned within 10 days of delivery acceptance. All Returns and Exchanges must be in their original packaging and be in perfect condition.

    Returns
    Returns and Exchanges need to be pre-approved. Please call 1-(800) 404-4025 for an Authorization Number which will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returning package. Packages without Authorization Numbers clearly marked may be subject to possible refusal. No items may be returned or canceled without prior approval and all requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. We strongly suggest that you insure your return package to guarantee that we receive it and without damage.

    We do not allow for returns or exchanges on engraved, embroidered, or personalized items (except in the case of a damaged item; see below). If you simply don't like the product, you may return the item if it is undamaged, unopened and in resaleable condition. We cannot accept any returns after the wedding date. After we receive the returned item, we will issue a credit for the amount of the item, less any discount you received and shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable!

    Damage / Shortage Claims We work hard to deliver your merchandise to you safely. Report all Damage/Shortage Claims within 48 hours of delivery acceptance. Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a resolution on packages that aren't opened and inspected immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge. Engraved items which are damaged will be replaced with the exact same product with the exact same engraving, no exceptions.

    Cancellations We cannot guarantee to cancel any order(s). We will make every attempt to intercept your order whenever possible, however, you will be charged for any work that has already been completed. In addition, there is a 25% (of order total) cancellation fee for all Seed Packet and Engraved orders already in process.

    Special Orders Special Orders are primarily orders other than product(s) regularly offered on our website and/or in our catalog. This may also include specially quoted pricing on larger quantities of regularly offered product(s). Special Order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

    Product Availability/Backorders

    Most products are in stock and available, so we rarely have back orders of any substantial amount of time. In the event of a backorder (orders not expected to ship within ten business days) you will be notified with an expected ship date. You may choose to cancel a backordered item; however, if you cancel a backorder that would normally ship within 30 days, any discounts which were applied to your order will be reversed (unless the discount was earned without the amount of the backordered item). If for some reason we cannot satisfy your order within 30 days, the discounts will be honored on the portion of the order fulfilled.

    About Our Products

    In this world of lightning-fast internet service, shopping online has become commonplace even for not-so-internet-savvy people. We have chosen to take a different approach to the products we offer; it is both our advantage and our "downfall".

    Let's take caketops, for example. We offer 100+ caketops instead of 25. We offer many in colors that aren't the easiest to find. To do that, we stock the most popular, and bring in the not-so-popular according to orders we receive. These take just a few days to arrive; but oftentimes, a few days added to a weekend suddenly seems like an eternity (even for us!). We then check all products for damage, package them, and ship your order.

    We know that internet shoppers like to receive their orders quickly, and for that reason we are constantly increasing the number of products we stock. We wanted to take this opportunity to explain to you that 90% of our orders ship within just a few days (and we're really smug when they ship in just a few hours); and to ask you to understand when they take a little longer. We are committed to bringing you hard-to-find products. Even though this raises our staffing and shipping costs, we will continue to operate in this manner so that you have the best selection for your wedding.

    For these reasons, we have added Product Availability notes to each item; for example "Usually ships in 2 - 3 business days". If you order 4 items that state "2 - 3 days" and one item that states "5 - 7 days", your order will take 5 - 7 days because we try to ship all orders complete to lower shipping costs.
